Coach Calado
Evelyn Calado is a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with over a decade of experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and specializes in personalized strength training for performance, injury recovery, and longevity.

Coach Crawley
Michael Crawley holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His academic background in physiology, rehabilitation, and movement science gives him a strong foundation for helping clients move well, build strength, and progress with confidence.
With experience in both physiotherapy and performance training, Michael works with clients across all levels, including general strength, small-group training, sport performance, and return-to-sport.
