Assessments & Initial Consultation

Comprehensive Strength & Mobility Assessment – $150
A deep dive into your movement, mobility, and performance to set the foundation for training.

Movement & Performance Check-In (30 min) – $85/session
Ideal for quick tune-ups or progress reviews.

Avos Performance Battery (APB) (90 min)$259
Performance testing for athletes and active individuals in any sport.

Avos Boxing Battery (ABB) (90 min)$219 (regular $259)
Comprehensive boxing assessment at Monarc with objective metrics to guide training.

 

Personal Training

Great for those looking to build strength, improve movement, and train with expert support in a motivating, down-to-earth setting.

With a Senior Coach (Michael or Ali)

Ideal for clients with prior experience or more advanced needs.

Single Session – $125

2x/Week Training Package – $880 ($110/session)

3x/Week Training Package – $1260 ($105/session)

4x/Week Training Package – $1600 ($100/session)

2-on-1 Training – $80 per person/session

with a Junior Coach (Tosin)

Perfect for those newer to strength training or seeking foundational support at a more accessible rate. Junior Coaches are early in their professional careers and work under the mentorship and guidance of our senior staff to ensure quality and progression.

Single Session – $100

2x/Week Training Package – $720 ($90/session)

3x/Week Training Package – $1275 ($85/session)

4x/Week Training Package – $1520 ($80/session)

2-on-1 Training – $65 per person/session

 

Personal Training with Evelyn (Head Coach)

Ideal for advanced training goals, injury rehab, or performance-focused coaching.

Train on your own with a fully personalized 4-week program delivered through our training app.

Foundational Strength Program – $250/month

High-Performance Program – $350/month

Initial assessment required before programming begins.

 

Hybrid Coaching: Custom Program + In-Person Training

Combine personalized programming with 1–4 private training sessions each month (in-person or virtual) with one of our assistant coaches.

Foundational Hybrid Coaching

  • Custom Program + 1 Session/Month – $375

  • Custom Program + 2 Sessions/Month – $475

  • Custom Program + 3 Sessions/Month – $550

  • Custom Program + 4 Sessions/Month – $625

High-Performance Hybrid Coaching

Cancellation Policy

Booked sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. All sessions cancelled without notice are charged in-full.
