Included with your ABB assessment:

  • 90-minute in-person testing session

  • Full assessment of mobility, strength, explosive power, and boxing-specific conditioning

  • Punch force and endurance testing using PowerKube technology

  • Optional take-home aerobic and recovery assessments (Cooper Test and Resting Heart Rate protocol)

  • A post-session report outlining performance metrics, strengths, and key areas for improvement

Recommended retesting frequency:
Every 3–6 months for competitive athletes, or annually for ongoing development tracking.
