Program Design & Hybrid Coaching

Whether you train at home, in a commercial gym, or for a specific sport or tactical role, our programs are built to match your needs, goals, and environment. Every program is customized based on your intake, assessment, and equipment access.

All programs are delivered through the TrainHeroic app, which lets you log sessions, track progress, message your coach, and upload training videos for feedback.

Program Design Options

Foundational Strength Program – $250/month

Best for individuals focused on general strength, movement quality, and long-term physical development.

  • A 4-week strength program (2–5 training days/week) tailored to your assessment, schedule, and experience

  • Custom exercise selection based on your goals, injury history, and available equipment

  • Delivered through the TrainHeroic app with built-in progress tracking and video demo access

  • Adjustments made as needed throughout the block

Initial Movement & Strength Assessment required separately before program design begins

Ideal for:
Clients training independently at home or in a gym, looking to improve strength, consistency, and mobility without needing performance-specific prep.

High-Performance Program – $450/month

Designed for athletes and tactical clients who need advanced performance training with detailed structure and planning.

  • A 4-week program (3–6 training days/week) built for sport or job-specific demands

  • Programming includes strength, power, movement prep, and energy system development

  • Progression based on periodization, recovery management, and biomechanics

  • Delivered through the TrainHeroic app with session tracking, notes, and video resources

  • Mid-block training updates or adjustments as needed

Initial Movement & Strength Assessment required separately before program design begins

Ideal for:
Combat athletes, firefighter or tactical candidates, and clients with previous injury history or competition prep needs.

Hybrid Training (Program + In-Person Sessions)

Hybrid Coaching combines the structure of custom programming with the accountability and support of private coaching.

After your initial assessment, you’ll receive a fully customized 4-week program delivered via app. You’ll also meet with your coach 1–4x per month (in-person or virtually) for:

  • Technique feedback and exercise refinement

  • In-person progress check-ins

  • Training adjustments based on how you’re adapting
