Kevin Li, Dip. Kin, CPT, BBA, BSc
Kevin holds a Diploma in Kinesiology from Langara College and is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the ISSA. He also brings a unique perspective with prior experience in the digital payments industry, blending analytical problem-solving with a client-centered approach.
His coaching is driven by a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and train with purpose. Kevin is currently deepening his knowledge through ongoing mentorship with Avos Strength and plans to pursue further credentials including the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and a Running Coach certification through the ISSA.
As a Vancouver-based personal trainer who speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, Kevin is committed to making strength training accessible and inclusive. He’s able to deliver coaching sessions in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin, helping clients feel more at ease and supported in their native language.
Athletic Background
Kevin is an active runner and weight training enthusiast, with experience in half marathons, trail races, and hybrid obstacle competitions. His personal training journey has given him a strong appreciation for aerobic development and its role in both performance and recovery. He values movement quality, progressive development, and sustainable strength — both in sport and in life.
