Chlarence Yu holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and will be starting his Master of Kinesiology at UBC in September 2025. He is on track to become a registered Kinesiologist (RKin) and plans to pursue certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Chlarence is a certified personal trainer with experience in group fitness, sport coaching, and athletic development in team environments. With a background in Ultimate Frisbee and current competition in Powerlifting, he brings a deep passion for strength and conditioning to his coaching.

He believes that being physically active supports not just your body, but your mental and emotional well-being too. Whether your goal is to finish your first 5km run, hit a new squat PR, or keep up with your kids at the park, Chlarence is here to help you get there.
