Tosin Solimon, CPT

Tosin is a certified personal trainer with nearly a year of coaching experience and a strong background in group fitness . She brings energy and enthusiasm to every session, helping participants of all levels build strength, improve endurance, and stay consistent with their goals.

Now expanding into one-on-one coaching, Tosin is excited to offer a more personalized approach. She works closely with each client to create tailored programs that support their unique needs; whether you're just getting started, looking to build strength, or aiming to establish long-term healthy habits.

Tosin’s coaching is supportive, high-energy, and purpose-driven. She believes fitness should be empowering, inclusive, and tailored to each individual’s goals.

Her sessions focus on creating a structured yet encouraging environment where clients feel motivated, challenged, and set up for long-term success. Whether you're building foundational strength or working toward specific milestones, Tosin brings clarity, accountability, and positivity to every session.

Tosin is currently completing Avos Strength’s mentorship program, which supports coaches in delivering individualized, high-quality training grounded in our principles and methods.

Tosin primarily works with general population clients who are new to strength training or returning after time away. She’s passionate about helping beginners build a strong foundation, develop confidence in the gym, and create sustainable fitness habits.

Her approachable style makes her a great fit for anyone looking to start training for the first time, improve their overall strength and endurance, or simply feel better and more capable in daily life.

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Software Engineering – Maynooth University, Ireland
