Ali Alethawy, BKin, CSCS
Ali Alethawy is a Strength & Conditioning Coach with more than six years of international experience across Canada, Spain, and France. He has supported athletes at youth, collegiate, and professional levels, including at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. A lifelong competitor himself, Ali raced in triathlons for seven years—qualifying for the 2017 World Age-Group Championships—and competed as a varsity track athlete at UBCO. This mix of coaching and athletic experience fuels his ability to connect with clients, understand the demands of training, and help people reach their performance goals.
