Please read carefully.
Avos Strength will provide strength & conditioning coaching with the said above client based on the number of pre-booked sessions agreed upon by the client and Innervation Training.
A session is 55 minutes long.
All coaching, assessment sessions and or program design must be paid by the above client upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stipulated. All sessions billed, must be paid in full. Credits will not be awarded.
Services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If your service includes a Monthly Package (training x/week), you are required to train the specified number of times each week. If you are unable to train the specified number of times for a given week, you must make it up the following week on an agreed upon time by the client and coach. If a time cannot be agreed upon, you will be billed for the full amount of the service (i.e. the missed session for that week).
If your service includes Custom Program Design or Hybrid Training, and you do not complete the program within the 4-week time or choose to extend the program further than the initial 4-weeks, the cost to continue the program using the app is $10/week.
If your service includes Open Gym,
a) Billing: You will be billed monthly for the Small Group Open Gym Training package. The service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
b) Non-Pausable/Non-Extendable Package: This package cannot be paused or extended under any circumstances, except for vacations longer than one week, with notice.
c) Booking Responsibility: It is your responsibility to book and attend your sessions within the designated open gym hours. It is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
d) Program Completion: It is your responsibility to complete your training program within the 4-week period of your billing cycle. An incomplete program will not carry over to the next month.
e) Cancellation Policy: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel a booked session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Service fees are subject to change, with an annual increase each year.
24-hour notice for cancellation must be given via telephone (not email) to avoid the cancellation charge which is equivalent to a full session fee (or $50 for Open Gym to be added on your next invoice). Please contact Evelyn at 778-554-9237
