Coaching Rates & Packages
Training at Avos Strength is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and training history. Below are our standard private coaching rates with Head Coach Evelyn Calado. All programs are customized and progression-based.
Private Coaching Packages
Sessions are billed at a flat rate of $150 each, with frequency and scheduling based on your needs. Every session includes individualized coaching, exercise progressions, and training built around your personalized program.
Single Session – $150
Partner Sessions (2-on-1)
2-on-1 Training – $90 per person/session
Train with a friend, partner, or teammate. Same level of personalization — shared session.
Add-On: Custom Program Days for In-Person Clients
Already training 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 with us and want to train on your own between sessions?
This add-on includes custom written workouts integrated into your existing program, delivered through our app, and aligned with the goals we’re working on in-person.
Ideal if you're looking to train 3–6 days per week but only meet in-person for 2-3 sessions.
1 extra programmed day/week – $45/month
2 extra programmed days/week – $70/month
3 extra programmed days/week – $90/month
